Step 1: Analyse your business needs
At Wealth Axis we are committed to helping advisors and businesses increase efficiencies, compliancy and success. We will personally analyse your business to determine the types of documents and services that are most effectively outsourced (while maintaining relevant support staff as applicable). This involves us meeting with you for a free consultation either face to face or over Skype to discuss the intricacies of your business.
Step 2: Sign confidentiality agreement
Once you have decided Wealth Axis is the right fit for your business, we supply you with a confidentiality agreement. Return these documents to us for finalisation once you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the agreement. Then we can begin providing our services to you and your company.
Step 3: Template construction
At Wealth Axis we build custom templates for all of our clients. We do so to ensure that your documents are designed with your writing style, layout preferences, relevant disclosures and disclaimers required for compliancy purposes.
Step 4: Obtain an instant online fee estimate
Are preparing SoA’s a good use of your organisation’s time? Ask yourself how much is your time worth? How many more clients would you be able to meet and service if you had outsourced your SoA’s? Outsourcing to Wealth Axis gives you the peace of mind that day-to-day jobs are being done well and adhere to our industry’s ever-changing compliance. All of our documents are produced with this in mind so you can focus on advising clients and building your business.
Step 5: Submit request
Once we have agreed on the customised templates, Wealth Axis will ask you to complete a work request form. These are simple and user friendly online forms. They can be completed at any time by simply following the instructions and completing all relevant fields. Checklists are provided to ensure all essential information is included.Additional information and documents can be attached simply to the requests in our online attachment area.
Step 6: Email quotation and work request confirmation
Wealth Axis will provide email confirmation of your work request within 24 business hours. At this point, we will provide an indicative quotation and confirm start and end dates with you. We will then contact you with any questions we may have or additional information required to complete your request.
Step 7: Complete request
Wealth Axis will then complete the required work. Once a start date is confirmed, the planner assigned to the work will contact you regarding your request within 48 business hours. This will be to discuss the recommended strategy, request any additional information and ask other relevant questions. This initial discussion limits the amount of back and forth required by providing all information up front with clearly agreed outcomes.
Step 8: Quality control
Once the required work has been completed, it goes through our stringent quality control process. This enables the highest quality of service to be provided to you, our customer. The process involves a review of the work and documentation by a second person, cross checking of figures and calculations, and a dual sign-off. This means that your plans are reviewed by two people, minimising human error and providing you with the assurance that your documents are accurate.
Step 9: Monitor workflow
The client login provided to you by Wealth Axis will give you access to our workflow management software. This enables you to monitor the following:
- Core job information and its schedule
- Task information
Step 10: Send completed work
After the quality control procedures have been completed, a finalised version of the work will be sent back to you for your approval.
Step 11: Send invoice
When the work has been completed, you will be issued with an invoice. Depending on the frequency of work, invoices can be customised to be sent monthly or after completion of individual jobs. Our payment terms are 14 days from the issue date of the invoice or otherwise agreed on. Payment options include direct credit, BPAY or credit card.
Step 12: Provide Feedback
To ensure you are happy with the work received and to ensure the future work is customised to your business, you will be provided with the opportunity to give feedback. This is optional. All information gathered in this process will be used to build and improve our services to you.
